Who we are French Frolic is run by Lesley and Geoff Williams. We are a registered French company and live in the beautiful Limousin region of central France. We have been running a successful eBay shop - as lesleyandgeoff2 - for many years and we have thousands of satisfied customers. About Us & What we Sell Our French home is in a delightful small town where the pace of life is unhurried and tranquil and we feel like we've stepped back in time. We enjoy renovating our 200-year-old house and looking around the many rural 'brocantes' (second-hand stores) and antique shops. During the summer months we spend our weekends browsing at brocante markets looking for those special bargains. We sell vintage French adverts and prints, mostly art deco 1920s and 1930s but also 1940s and 1950s (and have just recently added 1960s fashion magazines to our stock).
We also sell a variety of vintage and antique items and collectables. We have a large and constantly changing stock - if you are looking for something in particular but can't find it listed, it's possible we may have it but haven't yet added it to the shop inventory, so please email to ask!
We welcome enquries about any vintage or antique items or collectables - and if we don't currently have what you're looking for, we will be pleased to notify you if / when we find it!
A word about Postage
We know that postage costs are a pain and we keep our charges as low as possible (our postage rates don't usually fully cover our packaging and postal costs).
We have a flat-rate shipping cost for adverts and prints (buy as many prints as you want and pay only one postage cost)
For antiques and vintage items, the postal costs are determined by weight. We combine items whenever possible to save you money. It can often be cheaper to send several items in separate parcels rather than one large parcel, so if you're thinking of buying more than one item, it's worth emailing us first (lesleyandgeoff@wanadoo.fr) and we can advise you on the best options.
