Ordering

Placing your order at French Frolic is easy! Just browse through our categories, and when you see something you want to buy, click on the 'add to basket' icon you'll find on every product page. When you have finished shopping, click on 'Checkout' and your item(s) will be listed with the total postage cost.

You have the opportunity to review / change your order before going on to confirm your purchase and make your payment.

When you have completed your order, we will send you a confirmation email message - and we will send another email when your parcel is dispatched.


Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards through PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account in order to pay through Paypal. It is fast and secure and there is no charge to the buyer.

Item condition

Please remember that all our items are vintage or antique and have usually been used. Any specific faults or damage will be detailed in the product descriptionbut even when an item is in 'excellent condition' it will still show signs of age or of having been used.

Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us and although we are confident you will be pleased with your purchase, we have a comprehensive returns policy if you are not entirely satisfied.

If you have a change of mind, please email us with your request to cancel the transaction within 7 days of receipt of the item. Please return your item back to us in the condition that it was received, using the original packaging. Please return it through a traceable method, as returns are the responsibility of, and at the cost of, the customer. When your item has been received, we will issue a refund of your payment. Please note that refunds will be minus our postage costs, unless the item is faulty or did not comply with the description and photographs.

If you consider that the item does not conform with the description and/or photographs,  please email us on receipt of the item with details of the discrepancy (with photographs, if possible). If the item is shown to have been mis-described or photographed, we will refund the cost of the purchase price and your postage costs in full. We may or may not require the item to be returned to us - if we do, we will pay for the return postage.

In the event of an item being damaged in transit, please email us with photographs of the damage. Where appropriate, we will replace the damaged item (or part thereof). When this is not possible, we will work with the customer to determine a solution which could include, but is not restricted to, the cost of repair and/or a partial or full refund. If we request that the item be returned to us, we will pay the return postage.

Special Requests

We have a large and constantly changing stock - if you are looking for something in particular but can't find it, it's possible we may have it but haven't yet added it to the shop inventory, so please email to ask! 

We welcome enquries about any vintage or antique items or collectables - and if we don't currently have what you're looking for, we will be pleased to notify you if / when we find it!
